Circus

Hear this, hear this, the circus is in town,
I wonder if they need another clown.
I can make you laugh, I can make you cry.
I just need some money so I can get by.
I can get my liquor, I can get my bread,
If the money is good
I can get some love instead.
But then I go hungry,
But then I go thirsty,
For sure of all times,
This won’t be the first.
